This morning, he used his flatbed truck to tow my Audi, and he was extremely professional throughout the whole process. In about 20 to 30 minutes, he had everything sorted out for me. His help was absolutely invaluable, and I’m beyond grateful!
View on GoogleExceptional Auto saved the day tonight. I got a flat on my way home from work and pulled over into a random apt complex off Rt 9 to call AAA. Originally, they sent a tech from another company in Framingham to put on the spare. The original technician was terrible— I won’t go into detail here, but suffice it to say she was either lacking the competence to do the work or didn’t want to exert the effort. After refilling the tire only to realize it was indeed leaking badly, she decided it was too much work figuring out how to access the spare, so she said she had other calls to get to and couldn’t help me, then LEFT. I called AAA to open another call, sobbing. Then got a call back from AAA saying they’d be sending the SAME company and the SAME person! I said absolutely not— send anyone else, and told them of my bad experience. When they finally did sent another company, it was Brian from Exceptional Auto who saved the day. And no joke, he probably had the tire swapped in under 5 min. The level of speed and competency from Brian compared to what I had just experienced with the other company was like night and day. Brian, I hope they give you a raise. You were wonderful. The next time I have to call AAA, I don’t care if I have to wait an extra 2 hours— I will be asking for Exceptional Auto. This is my first experience with them, and they really lived up to their name.
View on GoogleAxel H. from Exceptional Autobody was amazingly helpful and saved the day! My car broke down at 4pm on July 3rd and he spent 2+ hours helping me out. We towed it to the first mechanic, unloaded the car, he walked me to the drop box only to find that they were closed for another week! Without hesitation, he asked me where I'd like to tow it next. Luckily there was another one close by, and he stayed to make sure they were opening up after the Holiday weekend and that I safely deposited my keys. I really appreciate his help!
