Anthony has been servicing my vehicles for over 25 years. He is always honest and accurate with his estimates. Top notch service with a smile! He is as honest as the day is long! I will go nowhere else to have my vehicles serviced.
View on GoogleThe owner is an absolute JERK! I stopped by to ask how much they would charge me to replace two ball bearings. As I’m explaining to one of his workers. The owner interrupts and shouts “WHAT YOUR SAYING IS MAKING ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE” he was very unprofessional and disconcerting. I tried to show him a picture of the part that needs to get replaced. He started telling me 75$ per side for the air pressure and the cost of labor could determine how long it will take. He mentioned it will take an hour and a half per side. I kindly told him a prior shop that replaced my ball bearings completed each side in 30min. He then goes and says sarcastically “WOW YOU KNOW ALOT IM DONE TALKING TO YOU” he was dismissive and disrespectful. This owner shouldn’t be operating business in the city of Everett with that type of attitude. I recommend not to get service done here. Find a different auto body shop that truly cares about your business and not just some JERK who is miserable and prideful.
