Elson really helped me when my car literally broke down across the street from him. My strut was dangerously disconnected from its top mount due to rust. I was over 700 miles from home and walked into Affordable and asked for help. The shop fixed my car the same day and Elson charged me a very reasonable price (the low end of another well known chain I asked to quote while I was waiting for Elson’s quote). Unlike other mechanics I’ve been to, he didn’t try to upsell me anything. He and his staff were very friendly and efficient. I thank God that I broke down where I did and for the good shop that I was led to.

The best auto repair shop you’ll ever go to. The staff there are amazing and customer service is 1st class. I’ve been a customer for a little over 3 years and have always been very satisfied with the service provided for my vehicles. They do go above and beyond to provide the best service to your car and the prices are reasonable. I now go regularly for my car maintenance such as oil changes, brakes, etc. It’s really a one stop shop and every customer that comes to the shop are always treated with patience, care and professional. You will not be disappointed. Services are 100% awesome.

It’s a bad place to fix a car ! My husband just got me this place to fix my Mercedes brake the same day I took my car I say no but the brake look the same ! And one month I almost get a accident because I couldn’t find brakes . Customer services 0/10 . They just want your money ! Nothing else ! Don’t go over in this place ,disgusting .

Had a WONDERFUL experience with this place! My partner and I took a used car that we were interested in purchasing to Affordable for a pre-purchase inspection. I called ahead the night before and the day of to make sure they had space and had no problem bringing the car and seller by to have the mechanics take a look. The team gave the car a thorough inspection and a quote for the parts that would need to be repaired. We left with peace of mind and confidence. They were generous with their time, patient, and just overall great to deal with.
