TL;DR -- I recommend not getting your state inspection here. No, I have never been a customer here and am merely paying you the too-low $35 inspection fee, but that does not justify a lack of consideration for my time. I am walking now at 12:30 from the shop to my work. They gave me a reject sticker for the state inspection because one of my brake light bulbs isn't working. They didn't even ask whether they could repair it during the inspection to avoid the reject and just decided to slap on the reject sticker without talking to me first. It would have probably taken him a whole 1 minute to replace it but they would rather just give me the reject sticker and make me go through the hassle of a re-inspection, which takes extra time out of his day too. I changed the bulb myself, came back the next day, and it passed the re-inspection. FYI, the bulb change in my vehicle was trivial, although I'm aware that's not the case with many cars. I recommend doing your inspection at a place that is willing to take a second out of their day to ask whether you would like them to fix something during the inspection, especially if it's trivial like this is. This is not that place that would give you that kind of consideration, apparently. What a waste of everybody's time this was. By the way, I am not that guy who haggles over repair costs and demands advance estimates for everything. I am aware that there are drivers like that. I just pay the bill when I get it and haven't questioned anything in years, probably a few decades. I have paid repair bills that costs hundreds of dollars, and I respect a mechanic's judgment and expertise. I even paid $3,500 for a transmission rebuild, and using the car for over four years later proved they did a good job and it was worthwhile. But still, they do a 3% surcharge for credit cards too. Which I've never seen at any other auto shop I've used. I can't speak for their general repairs, but you are better off getting the state inspection elsewhere.

This shop does excellent work and has very reasonable prices. They take the time to figure out exactly what needs to be repaired, they don't just replace everything possible. I'd highly recommend.

Been going here the last 2 years as I work around the corner. The took great care of my 04 Grand Marquis fixing numerous issues, always at a fair price. They're honest and suggest when it wasn't worth putting money into the car. Would recommend this garage to my mother!!!!

Bought my first car a 2012 528i bmw from this business. The whole process was a handled professional by both the owner Kevin and mechanic Dennis. Kevin sold me a great car that drives perfectly. Dennis the mechanic even came in on his day off to work on my car. Overall the experience was a pleasure thanks to both the Kevin owner and Dennis the mechanic.

Very unprofessional. Scheduled a day with them for some service and when I showed up they told me they were understaffed and couldnt do it and told me to come back tomorrow. So I texted them the next day to confirm I wasn’t wasting my time and going there and they told me “unfortunately we can not do that service” which I was very confused about because I just saw you yesterday and you could of told me that or the first day I went in to schedule it. It’s almost as if they were not listening to me the first day I went there and talked about what service I needed. I didn’t give them 1 star because they couldn’t do the service but because the lack of professionalism to not call your customer when you know you couldn’t do the service and then telling me 2-3 days later after seeing you 2 times that you couldn’t do the service. TERRIBLE 👎
