Premier fuels and Steve’s auto repair

On Saturday morning I went to go get gas here and my air pressure in my tires were low. It seemed that the air machine was broken, so I asked the gas attendant if he could fill up my tires with air. He went out of his way to run the air from inside out to my car. I didn’t know what PSI to get my tires to so he showed me inside the door. He was very swift and pleasant. I wanted to write a review to commend him for his good work.

I have been going here for a while for basic car maintenance. I recently had a mechanic from another shop tell me I needed a bunch of work done next time I get my car serviced. I took it to Steve's and they looked at the car and informed me that basically everything was in good working order and the other person was not being honest. There was one issue that they did find and were able to repair quickly. They are very honest and they do excellent work. The charge a reasonable rate for repairs and they have excellent communication calling me with updates and findings as the work on the car progressed. Any time my car is having issues I will continue to bring my car to Steve's.

Go somewhere else if you can. A bunch of unnecessary back and forth. I got a diagnosis from them and bought my car in. I was called a couple days later asking what’s wrong with my car??? Obviously they would know with my diagnosis in their database. I needed a new battery and I told them what time I would be there to pick up my old one to swap out. They call me when I have arrived saying that my battery is fine and I can pick up my car. Mind you the place is closed so they’re like you can come back tomorrow so I drove there for NO reason. I go there the next day and paid $300+ for me to not even take my car home! He told me my battery was fine and I show up and the car battery is dead and unable to drive. I leave the place without my car. Steve tried to help at least with putting the battery in but then when I try to come he’s not there and the shop offers calls back and DOESN’T CALL BACK. In all this was just all so pointless and I’m taking my car to my usual car shop that I should’ve been did smh I only came here because AAA recommended them as a last minute option… bad choice.

Long story short my 2008 Chevy Suburban AC wasn't working so i schedule to fix it, in the end they charged me $2200 total... The first time $1000 saying the problem was fixed and ended up 1 month later going back with the same AC problem and with another $1200 bill... Save your time and money, and find a better place.

Horrific experience. I got into a accident nearby and got towed there. He told me he'd fix my car for 1100$ ... The damage was NOT that severe. I do not have 1100$ to just toss away so I purchased the parts on my own and brought them to him. He got MAD. Literally mad and told me it is "NOT worth his time" because he's not making money on the parts. He said he has to make money on the parts as well. What kind of mechanic will charge you extra on every single part AND for labor? He also told me that if I wanted him to do the job he would have to bump up labor from 200$ to 500$ because I went ahead and purchased the parts on my own and he has to "eat" so I called a tow truck and got out of there no hesitation. His trusty sidekick literally was the rudest individual ever and has no sense of mannerisms or proper edicate in any way. But hey what can you expect from such miserable and money hungry a-holes?! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE! Next time I take my car to someone it'll be someone who finds my business "worth it"
