Their diagnose of what your car needs is not correct. I went in for a slow leak front drivers side tire. I was told the valve stem was leaking and I would have to replace the stem and the tire sensor ( which by the way was not showing on my dash as a malfunction.) $157 later including part and labor and calibrating the sensor. Had to come back to them. Because tire sensor was on in the dash. They explained that Calibration of sensor had not been done. Another mechanic came outside and did the Calibration . Scheduled another appointment because I was experiencing when stepping on brakes on highway i was getting a slight vibration in front of car going from 65- 40 when exiting highway. Sadiq manager of shop said i probably needed to balance all 4 tires that should solve problem. I agreed $60 total. After leaving shop got home realized i was missing the cap on back tire passenger side. Called went back next day after testing my new balanced tires on trip to Onset. Balancing all 4 tires the solution or the slow leak stem. Was not the solution to what my car needed. So i went back to get my cap put back on. Then in detail I asked Sadiq what should I do. He then told me I had cracks on the outside of 2 front tires and this could be the problem. Driving on them is a safety issue. He said he saves lives everyday with his flashlight and pointing out this to his customers. I asked price of two front tires #16 size. Sadiq said estimate $400.00. And car would need an alignment also added expense. I told Sadiq that after spending $157 and $60. I had exhausted my budget for the next 2 months. And I would have to shop tire prices in the area. Went to Sullivan tire in Canton. They fixed me up 2 front tires installed and balanced. And said I did not need alignment they took it for test drive to make sure after 2 new tires installed. $245. This is was my experience at canton auto service. I’ll let you be the judge how fairly myself and my car were honestly taken care of. I’ve learned my lesson as a senior woman. I must be more proactive with my choices of who repairs my car. Thank you

BEWARE!! DISHONEST!! MUST READ!!. I am an autobody shop in Florida. a customer came in that had his car fixed at this facility. the hood and bumper were cracking and peeling as shown in attached photos. we tried to strip the hood to repair and found the hood had alot of bondo on it and needed to be replaced in order for us to do a good job and warranty our work. The customer stated the shop was supposed to replace the hood which is what the insurance company paid for. so apparently they kept the money for the new hood and fixed the old one. the customer contacted the shop and they agreed to pay $2000.00 for the repair, which i thought was nice of them to do so, and the right thing. we called the shop and they made the $2000.00 payment over the phone. well 2 months later they dispute the charge and told their credit car company that they did not authorize the charge. now i am disputing this but as of right now i am out of my $2000.00 and ELI seems to be dodging my calls and not trying to make this right. Sounds like they are a little desperate to take $2000.00 back from a legit transaction with another business. as a business man i would never operate that way. i wish i could put negative stars.

My tailgate got backed into by a truck at work. Eli and his team did a great job with the repair. My vehicle came back like new. Eli said it would be 10 to 12 days. It was done in 11. I've had other repairs done on my vehicles and Eli always gives you an honest estimate on time and price. That goes along way with me.
