Had them do a couple jobs for me a while back. The first job was a medium job, and it was priced fairly and did a good job. Did another small job with them when I couldn't find one of my tools. The problem was one of 4 things. Even if he bought parts for all 4 things, and did labor for all 4 things, and doubled the price for OEM parts for his markup, it could only have been $120 parts and 20min of labor. Labor could have been argued 5 minutes for each possible problem. Total charge was almost $300. Never found the tool I was missing, spent $50 on a new one, I guess I should have done that in the first place. Never went back to these guys, wish them the best.

I wanted to start with how great full for this place.We Took a car to Rick we had a problem with a 2024 Hyundai rick check the vehicle out and found the problem right away. His guys called Nashua Hyundai and found out that the vehicle is still on the warranty and that was covered the issue basically charged me nothing. I am very grateful to use this place. We will only use this place knowing that how they treat their is just like family, Rick and the gentleman that work here may God bless all of youse great job. We are so grateful that we have places like this that you can still go to and have honest people he could’ve charged me full price and I would’ve never known Rick thank you to you and your gentleman. Had to get my car towed after some transmission troubles and dropped it off at Rick's (my first time here) on a Sunday. Rick had it driving again by Monday afternoon and gave me a detailed quote on what it would take to fix it completely. He and his team are professional, helpful, and easy to talk to. I had such a pleasant experience that I'll be coming here for all of my car work from now on. Thank you Rick and team!

Honest, reliable, good prices. He gives accurate cost estimates and sometimes it costs even less than anticipated. It's hard to find a mechanic that doesn't scam you. Jiffy lube charges $90 for a synthetic oil change and Rick did it for a fraction of that. I've had brakes and rotors (he even gave me a mail in rebate) and exhaust work done. Definitely a repeat customer.
