3A Auto Body LLC

To be upfront, I have not had any work done here yet. This review is more about my sense of how well this auto body shop must be run, after meeting the owner Bill recently. My car dealership where I get my car serviced, recommended 3A to me. Right from my initial call to them inquiring about a specific repair, I could sense that courtesy and professionalism is baked into this business. My gut feeling was reinforced when I met the owner Bill. I had expected the usual gruff service one might get at places like this, especially when they are short on time and customer service is an after thought. However, Bill was extremely courteous from the moment I met him, and I was very pleasantly surprised that he spent almost 45 minutes patiently going over all my repair questions. You can tell he cares about his business and is also very knowledgeable about body repairs. More importantly, I found him to be very credulous and reasonable, and his candor and honesty particularly struck me, in a very refreshing way. Based on this initial interaction, I will be going to him for the repair, should I decide to go forward. These days it’s hard to find trustworthy craftsmen and/or businesses, and when you do, you need to share your find. It is in that vein I am anticipating that others reading this review, will hopefully reach the same conclusion about Bill’’s business ethos.

I would highly recommend working with 3A Auto Body. From front to back, the process ran very efficiently. John was a pleasure to work with, and took the time to clearly outline all planned repairs. Quoting was right on target - I was charged exactly what we had agreed to from the outset. Repairs were completed even sooner than I was expecting, and I'm thrilled with the finished product. This is an excellent shop, with tons of integrity, and a seasoned, professional staff.

Someone recently backed into my car and I dreaded the entire claim and repair process. Once insurance was settled, I started researching my repair options and 3A was on top of my list but still not sure based on my past auto repair experience. But the moment I called 3A and Courtney picked up the phone, I was convinced I made the right call. She just made everything so easy for me. She even called Enterprise to come and pick me up from 3A once I dropped off the car. Three days later she called and I went to pick up my car and then drop off the rental with her. 3A did an excellent job at repairing the tailgate, even smoothing out a previous dent and I couldn't tell the difference. Courtney definitely makes the entire experience pleasant and painless, especially during this holiday season. Go to see her if you need any auto body repair done.

I will never go to another autobody shop again. 3A Auto Body made my car look BRAND NEW afer fixing rust spots on my Saab 93 2.0 Turbo and replacing the clear coat on the roof. When I tell you my car looked rough going in, you have no idea. I went to pick it up within a week and it was like I never had the rust spots and the roof was completely shiny - like new! I also recently had my sister's car fixed - she has a 2012 Mazda 3 and they replaced the front corner panel, buffed out the million scratches - and it looks like she is driving it off the show room floor of the car dealership. You don't even really need to read this review, just drive by and see how many vehicles this guy goes through in a week and you will know that Bill is THE GUY. I also do not want to leave out Courtney here. She handles the front desk and manages the entire shop. She is ALWAYS kind and takes great care of the customers. They have a waiting room that is the nicestest room at any car place I have ever been to. THANK YOU SO MUCH, BILL, TO YOU AND YOUR AWESOME TEAM FOR THE WONDERFUL WORK YOU ALL DO!!!!

These guys did incredible work. The car looks better than it did new. Every shop I have been to for body work does a quick cleaning of the car when done but even the inside was spotless when I got it back. The price was fair. It was completed when they said it would be and they were honest.
