When I bring the car to estimate the repair cost between $250 to 300 and I went under the car to look at it and I told them go ahead an repair it. Then after repair has been done and the tech call me on the phone and say the cost will be $600 and I try to negotiate on the phone he told me come down let's talk about it. When I go to the shop he wanted me to pay for $600 I told him I'm not going to pay for $600 and a tech using his hand slap the table in front of me and my friend and he dropped the cost to $450 and I told him $400 I pay for it and he's okay with it. It's a long story but I make it short. If the repair cost more than he estimate he should call me and let me know he have my phone number and he didn’t call me. He should notify me first not after the repair has been done ( The bottom line is I will not go there again ). For more information please look at the camera to prove it.

Andy and his crew are the best! Our car broke down on our way home from Massachusetts to New Jersey and Andy was able to get the part and have the car back on the road in a short time. They didn't know us, we were not repeat customers and they knew they would probably never do business with us again (because we live 5 hours away) and they still took care of us like better than some other places I have been to multiple times. The one thing that stands out the most though is that the next business day, Andy sent me a text to make sure the car was ok and to make sure we got home with no more issues. If I lived in Massachusetts this would be my mechanic for all of my vehicles. Thank you to everyone at Pro Tire & Tune for the work you did so me and my fiancee could get back on the road and get home.

View on GooglePerson working the front desk the more new owner in Believe was extremely rude and unprofessional he told me that I need you to spend $1700 to fix my compressor my air conditioner and all these other things I had my family mechanic look over the entire car. Everything else in the car is perfectly fine. All I needed was a recharge the AC which is working just fine now that we’ve recharged it. I’ve heard all different things that online about this place. I still try to go there and trust that it was a good place. Obviously, this guy is a scammer just trying to get people to spend more money when you have another Mechanic view the car and says that everything is perfectly fine and that the AC just needs to be recharged. It’s pretty awful that the owner wants you to spend 1700 for unnecessary work . I would absolutely never recommend this place and I would never go back again
View on GoogleI have been taking my Cars to Pro Tire and Tune religiously for more than 17 years. Repairs are fast and last. Service is above and beyond the normal and they even offer a free loaner for extensive repairs that take longer. I would not even think of going to a different repair shop.
