My car ended up next door after an accident. Marshall's helped limp my car into their lot and provided me with with detailed estimates for the repair. In the end, the car was not worth repairing, but Marshall's helped provided me with some great options to scrap the car which led to me getting a good price for the car, and didn't even charge me storage fee. It was easy to tell that these guys are honest and look out for their customers.

We brought our vehicle to Marshall's to fix some damage to our 2019 VW Tiguan. Another shop wanted to charge us for an estimate! The work they did at Marshall's is exceptional! They kept me informed throughout the entire process! When we picked our car up it was as clean as a brand new car, both inside and out! We would definitely recommend Marshall's to anyone looking to have body work done to their vehicle. They seem to take great pride in their work, unlike some other shops out there. We also loved the cookies! A nice little parting gift!

We've used Marshall's many times over the 20+ years that we've lived in Billerica, and every experience has been great. They're friendly to us, and work well with our insurance to make the process as smooth as possible.

I don’t know where to start when describing my experience with Marshall’s Autobody Experts. I’d first start by thanking them for making my life so much easier with the insurance company. I really thought I was alone and helpless when dealing with Progressive but when Marshalls took on my claim I immediately saw a difference with the way insurance was handling the accident. Marshall’s took action and helped me not only get the best quality parts for my car but they also saved me so much money out of my pocket. They made sure I wasn’t in the dark about anything and informed me every step of the way. I’d like to thank Rachael, Patrick and Greg for answering any questions or requests I had and also giving me live updates on the repair process. I also want to praise the technicians who did the repairs, you guys did an incredible job and I wish I could’ve shaken their hand. When I got the call to inform me that my car was ready for pickup… I was completely shocked with how great my Audi Q5 came out, is all seriousness it turned out better than before the accident. This is my second time coming to Marshalls Autobody Experts for repairs and will continue to take my car here for their expertise services. I’d highly recommend them to anybody who loves their car and wants the best repairs for it.

After a very frustrating experience with my insurance company that dragged out the process and ultimately totaled my car, this auto body shop was the one positive throughout it all. Michelle and Ryan were knowledgeable, transparent, and incredibly supportive from start to finish. They took the time to explain the repair process, helped me understand how insurance works, and guided me through my options without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. Even when it became clear the vehicle would be totaled, they were honest and continued to offer helpful guidance. Their professionalism and integrity truly stood out.
