I’ve had a few transmissions rebuilt by Belmont Watertown Transmissions at their other location, in the past. I came to the new location recently, as it’s more convenient to me, to have my trailblazer ss worked on. The shop is immaculate and quite a bit larger than the other location. As always their customer service, knowledge, quality of work, and value is outstanding. I’ll be back.

Joe diagnosed the issue and gave me a call to explain that the transmission needed to be replaced. Instead of pushing for a costly repair, he told me there was a service bulletin out for my vehicle and recommended I take it to the dealership — they should cover the cost of a new transmission. Thanks to Joe’s honesty and expertise, I saved between $8,000–$10,000. In a world where it’s hard to find trustworthy mechanics, Joe stands out.
