Unfortunately , like many of these folks in the review section, I had a horrific experience with Ariel after calling AAA to help with my battery. He was incredibly rude and spoke to me like I was stupid. Not only was he rude, but he was unhelpful. This person needs to get a different job if this is how they are showing up daily- rude , moody, absolutely no customer service skills and 0 help in coming up with a solution. Do better
View on GoogleAbsolute HORRIFIC Service. Locked my keys in my car, Was quoted $50 tech shows up saying it was $100. I called The phone on the side of the truck to speak with the owner. I explained to him that I only had About $60-$70 at the moment, he decided to call the Police on me.
View on GoogleHorrible experience. Left my car windows completely down on a zero degree winter day, keys in the ignition and car stuck in neutral which killed my battery. Car was filthy when they brought it back to me. Every person I spoke to was extremely nasty and rude. If AAA sends your request to this place, I suggest cancelling it until they call someone else.
View on GoogleThe people employed here are terrible. They constantly throw trash out their window onto my property driving down our street. They act as if they don’t know how to drive with two cars on a road. One truck ran me off the road and I got stuck just because he couldn’t fit past me.
View on GoogleAAA sent Shane from New Beverly Auto Clinic to my house when my car battery died. He arrived promptly. I was trying to decide if I should have my car towed to the dealership, but I am glad I did not. Shane tested the battery and confirmed that it was not taking the charge. He made sure to replace it with exactly the same type of battery that was in my car. He also checked the owner’s manual to make sure that certain things that had to be reset were reset after he had installed the battery so that the electronics worked ok. My daughter and I have the same SUV and she also had her battery replaced at the dealership a few weeks before - for twice the cost. This review is my thank you to Shane for being the best at what he does and to New Beverly Auto Clinic for offering their services without charging excessive prices.
