I purchased new wheels, tires, and lug nuts for my 2017 Nissan Maxima. My boss who owns a tow company and repair shop mounted and balanced my new tires onto my new rims and installed the new wheels onto my car with the new lug nuts. Mind you that my bosses wheel balance machine has see better days. It is an older model and not as up to date as the newer models out on the market. From day one of the install I could feel a vibration thru the steering wheel which was very bothersome to me. I could tell that at least one of the new wheel assemblies was not balanced correctly. I took my car to Autodyne in Beverly to have my new wheels balanced on their newer model wheel balance machine. Chris and Ryan took my car rite in and pulled each wheel off my car and rebalanced all 4 wheels. They finished my car in about an hour and I paid a reasonable amount for their great service. They also noticed a big mistake that my boss did not notice during the original install. The lug nuts that I purchased were incorrect for my new wheels. Ryan explained to me what was wrong with the new lug nuts and he gave me the link to the correct lug nuts on Amazon which I immediately ordered. As soon as I got on the highway and got up to speed I noticed a huge difference in my car. The vibration I was feeling was no longer there! My car sailed down the road very very smoothly like never before! Never to say the less, I was very happy with my whole experience in dealing with Autodyne! Those guys are true professionals in the automotive world. I truly appreciate their expertise in not only their work ethic, but also their knowledge of noticing the wrong lug nuts on my car and going the extra step of identifying the problem and sending me the link for the correct ones. I highly recommend Autodyne in Beverly for all your automotive needs! I can't thank them enuf for making my car feel the way it does! It's truly a great feeling!

We can perform a smoke test to find exactly where the problem is but there is a charge. Made perfect sense. This type of scenario is how they operate. So glad to have found them.
