Absolute perfection from start to finish! I brought my car here for auto body repairs after a stressful incident, and the team completely blew me away. Not only is the structural and paint repair completely flawless—you honestly cannot tell anything ever happened to it—but they went completely above and beyond by fully detailing the entire vehicle. When I picked it up, it looked and smelled brand new, inside and out. They did an awesome job on my car like nothing ever happened to it. They even washed the car and detailed the inside. Mapfre made the whole process super easy from having enterprise pick me up to getting the repairs done. I believe it was Steve that did the estimates, he was awesome and thanks you to all the other repairs crew that did an awesome job. I highly recommend this Auto repairs if you using Mapfre easy car or if you don't use Mapfre I still recommend this place to fix you car

What a fantastic experience from beginning to end. They turned a major headache and misfortune into a genuinely pleasant experience. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with sympathy and respect. The car was going to take over a week, which was much sooner than the dealership could do, and had special rate for a car rental. The shop arranged an appointment to pick up the rental and the option to leave it at the shop when it was finished. When I picked up the repaired car, it actually looked nicer than before the accident! You can tell the people here are detail oriented. It’s the small things that really stood out. The interior of the car was immaculate, which matched the outside. Some of the rims were scratched up from when I had first purchased the car and they buffed them. Even the charging cables were neatly wrapped up. These guys’ (and girls) reputation is well-deserved, and I felt fortunate that I found them.

This place is GREAT! My parked car got hit by a city snow removal truck. Michael’s towed the car to their shop in minutes and handled all the insurance company communication. They had my car repaired in half the time of other places and when I picked it up it truly was like Brand new! The repair was flawless and they even detailed the entire inside of my car! And trust me, it needed it! I can’t recommend this business enough!
