Nahed is very honest and tries to take care of all the customers. He is also very sensative. He doesnt mean anything if he yells .it is part of his background. He was beaten up alot by his brothers growing up. Francisco is also very honest and caring. Ask him about his growing up experiences on the farm with the animals. They do good repairs. Always keep in mind that manufacturers make cars with the expectation that you will by a new car not fix them. Tom R.

Five Star is great! I had a flat tire and they were able to replace it with my spare and order me a new tire. The service was incredible and the staff is great.

Usually always get my gas here because of the good prices but will probably never be back after today (1/10/26) after being treated so rudely. Clearly there's a problem here reading the other reviews. Maybe get rid of the problem employees or work on how to be kind to customers.

Bring all 5 family cars here for repairs. Good to have a neighborhood garage that is super responsive, priced right, and friendly guys.

Super rude. Failed me in May for no fuel door and a tail light out, ok bummer but whatever I'll get it fixed. Told them if they are able to fix it that I would get the work done there. Had me write my name and number down and they would call with a quote. Gave it a few days and no call although they said they did (never received any calls - not sure). Spoke with someone who said they couldn't help as the fuel door is back ordered with their vendor but I can buy it myself and bring it in. Ended up ordering a part off eBay and my husband learned how to do it himself. Got my lights replaced as well during an oil change. Went back today, I told them I had fixed what failed last time and I was here to get a sticker. First thing he says is that I'm going to have to pay again. I asked why he said because its been over 60 days. Said okay no biggie just 35 bucks. Wait for 30 minutes. The mechanic comes out and says I have lights out - I said if it's the front left headlight, it's not out, the dealership broke/loosened the socket at some point so if you look closely it's definitely on but it must have just fell out of alignment (simple fix). Mechanic raises his voice and actually yells aggressively at me "well it needs to be aligned!" He said it's also your left brake light - its out I'll show you. I asked what he meant by that because it wasn't 'out' it looked like it was just constantly on which was weird. He was getting visibly angry by my questions and continued to yell at me when I was just trying to understand what was wrong with the light because it wasn't "out" like he kept saying. Mechanic continues to talk aggressive at me. After getting yelled at in front of other workers and customers, while also being 9 months pregnant, by the way, I told him I would take my business elsewhere. Got home, husband looked at my brake light, in 5 seconds he found that the break light bulb wasn't in the socket all the way which was causing it to malfunction. Thought a mechanic would be qualified enough to realize something simple enough as this, guess not. Used to like this place, was super friendly. Not sure what happened but feels like a whole different miserable business. Won't be going back.
