Beverly Gas and Tire

Guys, please, please don’t go here. Don’t waste your money. This is where I made a huge mistake. I wanted to pick up a car from Beverly. The two highly rated 4.8-star auto repair shops on Google Maps were both booked that day. I didn’t want to wait a day or two. So, on a friend’s recommendation, I went here. I took the car there because the old man on the phone sounded so hospitable. But the four mechanics there looked like they were doing my work for free—they were all grumpy. They didn’t even say “hello.” Anyway, they checked the car in 20 minutes or so—I thought it would take about 45 minutes. I wanted to look under the car, but they said it was risky for customers to be there. I was expecting a detailed report of 5–10 pages. Instead, they handed me a blank piece of paper with just two sentences written on it. 1. The car’s tires are worn out and need to be replaced. (As if I’m blind—I saw that myself.) 2. There’s a leak in the front axle. They took my $135 unfairly. I thought they’d connect the car’s computer to a diagnostic tool to show any errors, or use photos to indicate if any parts had been replaced or repainted, but they didn’t do any of that. The boss named Tony provided absolutely terrible customer service. I wanted to call the police and file a complaint, but I guess America is just as full of scammers as a third-world country. I bought the car—the Carfax report was clean—but since I couldn’t get a thorough expert inspection report, I’m not at all at ease; I can’t trust the car. Use the high stars other car mechanic, don't do the same mistake.

Steve and the entire crew at Beverly Gas and Tire were fantastic with my daughter buying her first car. We went down multiple times to look at different cars for sale. When she finally made her choice, Steve talked her through the process, and we felt good about the purchase. Wonderful experience from start to finish.

The owner told me stop complaining about my service that was done that I have a problem with ! I been doing business with Beverly gas and tires sense 2013 when the Son Adam ran the shop respectfully,these others after him are running long standing customers away and Steve I pray he gets the understanding of customer service and learn to hear loyal customers out on what they has to say when they are spending their money with your business!

If there were 10 star reviews, Beverly Gas and Tire would get our vote! Beyond expectations, ‘first time honesty’ ownership, and customer first are all expressions Id use to describe our experience with this company. Steve, the owner, couldn’t have done more to keep his loyal following loyal. Never have I had this experience with an owner before. I will never go anywhere else while he owns the place! Thank you, Steve, for your incredible human kindness.

I moved to Beverly four years ago and have visited this service station several times for inspection stickers/gas and have always found this place VERY well run with a friendly and professional staff. Recently, I had work done on one of my vehicles (a Toyota Corolla) and I could not be more pleased with the quality of the service, the speedy turnaround getting my car back, as well as a reasonable price for the work completed. Book an appointment for your service in advance and you won’t be disappointed! I HIGHLY recommend this station for all of your automotive needs.
