I’m am very satisfied with my repair to my Pacifica. I have gotten the work around with other “chain” shops and the Lia Chrysler Dealership in Northampton. College Street Motors was painless and they did an awesome job. Have AAA benefits as well which was great!

I had an amazing experience! I came in with my car making a problematic noise, and they were able to diagnose the problem, fix it, and have my car ready in a few hours, all for a very good price! Granted, the fix was quite easy, but their customer service, cost, and speed was very good.

Deeply disappointed. My car was supposed to be dropped off next door but the tow truck driver instead brought me to these wonderful gentleman...were they kind? Any sort of customer service capacity? No. They're very awkward and struggle to hold a conversation that isn't degrading. After failing to order my tires onto the correct shipment they failed to notify me (I had made it clear I had work later in the day and they assured me it wouldn't be a problem) the next day they finally they manage to get the tires and put them on, they don't check the rims or valves or anything they insist all tires are dry rotted and must be replaced, 800 dollars and 2 weeks later and my same flat is flat again. They didn't have the decency to put my car windows up for the snow storm and decided to vacuum the snow out without letting me know the water damage caused. LITERALLY CHOOSE ANYWHERE ELSE OR YOUR WALLET WILL REGRET IT.

College Street Motors is truly exceptional! I’ve been here twice now, and both experiences have been phenomenal. Most recently, I was preparing for a cross-country trip when my car suddenly started making chirping noises. Despite it being last minute and close to closing time, they took my car in without hesitation. By early the next morning, it was fully repaired and ready to hit the road. Their professionalism, kindness, and efficiency are unmatched. Highly recommend!

Been going to College Street Motors since I was in graduate school in 2000. First experience, I had my father's Doge Caravan which was a standard transmission (not many of these were made). Linkage clip came off, Mike put on a new linkage clip and charged me $0 due to the fact he had one lying around and took him less than five minutes. I insisted ok paying him something, he refused to take payment and said, "Just promise you'll come back if you need a larger repair". In that moment Mike made a customer for life. He has always treated me fairly and given me good advice even if it wasn't in HIS best interest.
