City Tire - Amherst

Came in with noise from rear when going over bumps, but only bumps on the right side of the car. Called Tuesday and got appointment from Wednesday, which was great since I was driving 500+ miles on Thursday and wanted to make sure it was nothing major. Turned out to be a bent brake pad retainer anti rattle clip, which they adjusted properly. Great service and price given that diagnosing suspension/brake noises can be time consuming. Definitely recommend!

Brought my 2016 Acura here when it started to make a clanking noise. This shop was recommended by a local friend and I understand why! When I called, they told me to bring it in ASAP and promised they would at least look at it by EOD. Come lunchtime, I already had a voicemail from them stating what the issue was, how much it would cost, and when it would be done. They also gave me their recommendations on what I could wait to get done/how to bring the cost down. I was able to pick up the car the same day! Will be coming here again!

Excellent Service, professional and so friendly. I stopped in last minute because I desperately neeeded an oil change. (Life got in the way of the scheduled one.) I am not their customer but from CT but they took me in right away anyway and took care of it. Would highly recommend this business.
