I took my 2014 Chevy Silverado 1500 to this shop to get the upper control arms replaced and a full alignment done, and I couldn't be happier with the results. It is rare to find a shop that combines top-tier workmanship with excellent customer service, but these guys nailed it. If you need suspension or alignment, or any work done right the first time, look no further. I’ll definitely be bringing my truck back here for future service. Highly recommended!

I've been trying to find a good auto shop the entire time I've lived here and Wichita and without a doubt Woody's has been my best experience. I went in for a minor issue, which they solved for me, but they also went out of their way to tell me other things I need to be aware of going forward with my vehicle. They made sure I understood what they were saying and made it very clear to me. All the staff were extremely friendly and respectful. Thanks ya'll. I will be back.

I brought my Silverado in for a no-start/no communication issue because gauges were dead and modules were losing communication. I was charged 1.5 hours ($270) for diagnostics. According to the paperwork, the main things done were charging the battery, checking OBD2 power, attempting scanner communication, and basic checks. My frustration is that I specifically asked for diagnosis of the no-start/no-comms issue, but a lot of the paperwork focused on unrelated items like brakes, leaks, and other inspection notes. I left without a clear cause, next diagnostic step, or explanation of what circuits/modules were ruled out. I was also told additional diagnosis could require around 8+ more hours and potentially up to 1500$ total billed time, with no guarantee of finding or fixing the issue. I understand electrical problems can take time, but after the initial visit, I didn’t feel like enough progress was made toward the original concern to justify moving forward. Just sharing my experience so others can make their own decision.

They were all excellent in explaining to this nimrod what was wrong with my car and what needed to be done to fix it. I felt heard and respected, even if I had the most ignorant of questions. I had a 10 am appointment on June 10th to get my battery replaced. They did not get to my car until 5:00 pm. I approved replacing the battery. The shop closes at 6, so I figured it would be done in the morning. My car was not ready for pickup until 12:42 pm the next day. This business opens at 7:30 in the morning. There is no possible way it took that long to replace a battery. On top of that the communication was very poor. I had to reach out for updates about my car. This was the worst experience I have ever had. I will not be going back.
