Woodys Automotive on Central & Oliver- truly went above and beyond for me when I needed it the most. I was on the verge of selling my car for parts lost all hope and when I brought my Dodge in, it was honestly in really bad shape. This felt like my last chance to get my car fixed. From the very beginning, the entire team was patient, understanding, and genuinely cared about helping me. Rachel especially deserves all the flowers 💐 She put so much time, effort, and dedication into figuring out exactly what was wrong with my car. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and takes pride in her work The auto techs Drew, Rico, and Jason I hope I spelled your names right were also incredible they’re the real deal! They did a stellar job! On top of that, they even did a free oil change for me, which they absolutely did not have to do. That level of kindness and service is rare. Now my car runs smoothly again, and I feel so relieved. I am beyond grateful for this team. If you are looking for an honest, affordable, and genuinely caring auto shop this is the place. Woody's is the epitome of what a auto shop should be. The customer service is exemplary and the mechanics are as professional as they come. The prices are very reasonable and most of all they are honest and won't try to sell you something you don't need immediately. I highly recommend and honestly I wouldn't go elsewhere. Let me start from the top — this shop is the real deal. No BS and no overpriced tickets. They’re straight to the point and will tell you honestly whether something needs fixing or not. I’ve brought them two vehicles so far. The first was a 2016 Nissan Versa SR. I used to take it to the Subaru dealership near the Walmart on Kellogg, but I got frustrated with the dealership and decided to try Woody’s. They looked the car over and were honest with me, basically telling me I should sell it ASAP. They were right, and I ended up getting a 2016 Nissan Frontier 2-door, which has been a great truck. When I first brought the truck in, they gave it a full once-over and told me it was a solid truck. Since then I’ve had zero issues with it. I work in landscaping at major hospitals so I need a vehicle that starts every time no matter the weather — hot or cold. This truck has always been reliable when I turn the key, and I give a lot of credit to Woody’s techs for doing solid work and not trying to squeeze people for money. Also want to mention the girls at the front desk are super nice and easy to work with, which honestly makes the whole experience better. I’ve looked over their work myself. I know a decent amount about vehicles, I just don’t have the shop space or tools to do everything myself. It’s easier to let professionals handle it, and these guys know what they’re doing. That’s why I’m leaving this review. Woody’s is the real deal.

I recently had my car at Woody's Automotive on East Central for some noises I have been hearing in the front end, and they were very thorough with the diagnosis. They also did a free inspection, and provided me with a list of things my car will need in the future. Rachel and Elisa in the front office were fantastic! They were very friendly, not pushy, and explained everything in detail. And best of all is there is no more noise in the front end of my car!! They fixed it for a very reasonable price, and I had my car back the same day. Thank you so much!!

Excellent service today for an oil change and inspection! A long with helpful information in future preventatives for my vehicle. The cost was reasonable. Shoutout to the ladies in the front office. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and work so well together. They really make you feel comfortable and well-taken care of. I’ll definitely be back!
