Great experience at Wichita Tire & Alignment. I brought my car in with a wheel bearing issue, and they were able to get me in the same day. They diagnosed the problem quickly and completed the repair faster than I expected. Friendly, professional service and clear communication throughout the process. I really appreciated how smooth and stress-free everything was. Highly recommend!
View on GoogleI initially showed up for a front wheel alignment, but upon inspection Chris discovered my front passenger tie rod was shot. That explained why my front tire was wobbling. Anyway I had a trip scheduled soon and was worried about getting it repaired. Thankfully Chris said he could get to it immediately. He had it done inside of an hour. His work was excellent and the car now drives like new. Best service around!
View on GoogleWent there for 4 new tires. I have aftermarket black wheels...they butchered the wheels. Do not go here for any type of work they absolutely will not stand behind what they do!!!!!!

View on GoogleA few months back on my car, they replaced the window switch. I had looked at it prior to taking it in, so I had a few of the screws out which I left and told Chris where to find them so that they could reattach it after replacing the switch, they did not do so, but the screws were gone, and now my door panel pops off every other time I shut the door. I messaged him about it and never got a response. I was worried not to make a big deal of it because I’ve been doing business there for a while and I did not want a confrontation about it. One star because they got me in pretty fast but that’s all I can say also had some work done on the fuel system when I got the vehicle back one of the hoses was broken in half and electric tape together camming a new series of problems on The app system never had a problem with it the day I picked up my SUV. The check engine light was on as soon as I started it in their parking lot they said they could fix it for 600 bucks three weeks later is when I found the broken line that was taped together I talked to Chris. He said he wasn’t in the mood. He doesn’t wanna argue. They didn’t do it and kept repeating how he didn’t wanna argue and he wasn’t in the mood eventually agreed to do a repair job on the hose but now I am uncomfortable with them doing work on my vehicle altogether, which is sad. I’ve went there for the last six years.
