The folks here at Westlink Auto service have me rethinking my entire experience with mechanics as I have avoided taking my vehicles in for repair in lieu of doing it myself due to previous bad experiences with other mechanics. I took my vehicle in due to a weird rattling noise they were able to diagnose and repair the issues quickly as well as provide my regular scheduled maintenance. They replaced my brake rotors and told me that my pads were still in good condition which they could have easily just neglected to tell me and thrown brake pads onto my bill and I probably wouldn't even questioned it. But then they went out of their way to fix my sagging bumper and underliner. They didn't even mention it to me I only noticed it once I got home and I didn't hear the scraping sound when I pulled into my driveway and I get into my garage. Could not recommend them enough as I thought the phrase honest mechanic was just an oxymoron but they proved me wrong.

Been going to Westlink for years and I’ve always been happy with their work. Very clear communication and will help you find the best options for your car and explaining all of your options before they move forward. Saved us a ton of money by telling us an alternative way to get a tail light and they fixed it up for us. They have a customer for life in us.

View on GoogleI’ve been taking my vehicles to Westlink since I moved to Wichita 33 years ago. This week, I brought them my Dodge Dakota that I was fairly sure needed a $2,000 rear differential rebuild. Imagine my surprise when Zach called to say they found the cause of the clunking, and they had it all fixed for $179! On another trip, I took them my Jeep when it wouldn’t start. They quickly diagnosed a distributor wire that came loose, they fixed it, and charged me a whopping $12! It’s rare to find an honest mechanic, but I can assure you these guys are as honest as the day is long. I live in Derby now, but I still have ALL of my repairs done at Westlink!
