Unruh's has been my family's go-to mechanic since Bunyard's closed. They are reliable, efficient, and have gone out of their way to help me with a variety of car problems. They provide great advice, are honest, and don't sugarcoat things. I appreciate all they do to keep our cars working well. Highly recommend!

View on GoogleSent my Ford ranger to unruh auto service explicitly told them the water pump was gone and needed replaced, DO NOT TURN VECHILE ON UNTIL IT WAS REPLACE. They ran the truck without replacing the water pump, blowing the engine, against my orders. Then, they refused to pay for the damage (replacing the engine since they caused the damage to it). The 400. Dollars water pump job ended up costing me. 8000. Thousand all because they refused to listen to me and they refused to pay for the damage they caused. I will never take another vehicle to this company.
View on GoogleI had replaced old tie rods and control arms on my mustang, and since this was the closest place to where I lived, I brought it here for alignment so I could walk home from here. And while the alignment they did on it was better than how I brought it to them, it was still a rather sloppy alignment job, I had to keep my steering wheel cocked to the right ever so slightly on highways to stay out of the left lane. I was recently in a minor collision, and had my car repaired at a body shop, part of the work they planned for it was another alignment, just in case, there were no frame repairs involved, just body panels and paint. after getting it back from the collision repair shop, my mustang drives much straighter than it did previously from unruh's alignment. Unruh can get the job done, but it's not to the standard I desire from an alignment shop, and due to work, I don't have the time to schedule follow ups for correcting sloppy work, I need it done right the first time.
