Tool a couple wheels in to get tire balance. The staff are nice and they seem to notice details, I saw one mechanic vacuuming a truck he was about to release. They balanced the wheels for a reasonable price. The reason for my rating is they did not ensure that the wheel weights were securely attached. Stick on weights improperly installed will fly off of the wheel. See photo. Wanted to give 5 stars but this is a critical issue and indicates a lack of attention to details that should not be taken lightly.

Decided to upgrade the tires to my 2023 Chevrolet Blazer. After researching, I decided on the Continental Cross Contact LX25 tires. I also decided to patronize a local family automotive business. Business lobby was exceptionally clean. Employees were very friendly and helpful. They installed my tires that I ordered from them, in a very reasonable amount of time. They even made sure that my wheels were in proper alignment. New vehicle wheels are often out of alignment from the vehicle shipping process. They did find that both of my passenger side tires were out of alignment by 1°. This was remedied and they reset the TPMS sensor's as well. After installation, I thought the new tires looked very good. I took a short trip up to Halstead, ate and then returned home. The new tires were smoother and soaked up road imperfections better than the OEM tires. Overall very happy with my purchase and decision to get my tires from a local family business, as opposed to a national chain outlet.

I took my sons 2013 Malibu into Tracys for an electrical concern. We had just bought him this car a few months ago. Shane got the car in right away and found the issue to be a wiring concern. They were beyond reasonable on the price too. They are GREAT!!
