My first experience with Tracy's was excellent! Took a loose tire in for repair on a Saturday morning. By the time I got home an urgent family situation had developed 60 miles away. I called back and Patrick said they would get right on it, give them 15 minutes. Tire was done by the time I got back to Tracy's. I had pulled up behind one of their garage doors because the parking lot was full, ( I now know why! ). Rolled the tire out and was going to quick change off the spare. But before I could even get my jack all the way up Joe hustled out and said he would be right back with his big floor jack and the impact. A few minutes later I was on the road! Thank you very much! 5 star service. Good guys!

My truck has been in their shop 3 times in the last 2 months. Idle control issues were supposedly fixed with a very expensive fuel additive. Did not fix the issue. $300. Took it back and was told it was the computer. They worked on the computer and it did okay for about 100 miles. Another $300. Fuel pump failed. They replaced it. Another $900. Between all the trips I had my truck in their shop I lost cruise control and heater AC. They told me it was a bad blower motor and or the resistor that controls it. Quoted me $505. I didn't have any more money to give them. Took it to wsu tech the next Saturday and they fixed it for zero charge. Turned out to be a bad connection in the resistor that plugs into the firewall. They cleaned it, plugged it back in, and it works like new. Anyone reading this, beware. I was their cash cow but I will never take a vehicle back to Tracy's automotive. The people at wsu tech were young teenagers in training and they found and fixed the problem in less than 2 hours and it didn't cost me a dime!!

These guys are so nice I go to get air in my tire a lot I always ask them questions and they answer very nicely the environment is really just amazing they are really just trying to help you hands down the best place the only place I trust I know they will do what needs to be done

As always, took great care of us and squeezed me in when my car's battery decided to finally die. My car has a weird size battery, so they rushed to acquire one for me while I got jumped by AAA and then made my way over to them with my car. They are so nice and kind and I especially appreciate the toy box they have in the lobby to keep my little one entertained any time we get work done on the car.
