I ended up at this location because I blew a tire nearby. I had been researching a new set of tires because mine were worn out. I had narrowed down to two specific tires, in which they are dealers for one of the specific models. I had a fantastic experience. Nick manager was tremendous working with me. Being fair not over promising. Two days later I took a 400 mile trip and I noticed a very slight shimmy. A few days later, I called nick to tell him, and he said, bring it in, let's fix that. He took it for a test drive and when got to speed he felt it. Exactly the way I was experiencing it. He had all the tires. rebalanced, and then he told me he was going to take for a test drive to check it out and got back and told me, smooth as glass! and it was exactly smooth as glass when I drove it home. I just really appreciate the willingness and the follow-up and making his tires the very best in making me a very happy customer Thank you, Nick, I remember things like that!

I’m very disappointed with the service at this shop. After two and half hours of checking in, my car still had not even been taken in to be worked on. Neither was I told it was going to be a long wait time. This isn’t the first time this has happened. Everytime I’ve brought my car for service, even after arriving early in the morning, the wait time has been extremely long. There doesn’t seem to be any urgency or communication from the staff, and customers are left waiting without updates. I understand that workshops can get busy, but better time management and customer care are needed.

Great pricing and service all the way around. We also love the lifetime alignment option. We will definitely continue using them.
View on GoogleI live near Tires Plus on Rock Road. On Wednesday, the 24th, my car had a flat tire due to a nail. I called Tires Plus, but it took more than five minutes for someone to answer the phone. When I asked for a tire repair, they scheduled an appointment for me on Sunday, the 28th. I had to wait five days for a job that would take only 30 minutes. Instead, I walked into Sam's Club tire shop. They checked my tire and fixed it within 45 minutes, even without charging me. If Tires Plus cannot respond proactively in an emergency, why would I choose to return for any services in the future? I will not be visiting your location again for tires or battery services. I have decided to remain a loyal customer of Sam's Club, as they were there for me when I needed help. From now on, I will choose Sam's Tire Shop for all my future tire and battery needs.
