Best customer service experience I’ve ever had. I was on a budget and the two working on my vehicle, I believe Rebecca and Trenton, made sure not only did I still get the best quality services but they gave me a discount to meet my budget and were so welcoming and friendly. I will absolutely be returning.
View on GoogleDoug was great. Service was slow. Asked to put on new wiper blades said they didn't have any that fit. Than Doug found a pair that would work. The oil change seemed expensive. They checked my air pressure in my tires but I had to ask. Staff is always different
View on GoogleAbsolute nightmare. I called the location as well. Did not check tire oressure, wiper blades, windshield. Spilled oil on my fenders and bumper. Not a little, a lot. Wipes black hood with dirty towel and scratched my hood. I took pics of all. Also it took 32 minutes not 10.
View on GoogleUsually I have a great experience, however; this oil change was a disaster! I stopped by my go to take 5 on ridge road and after they rolled me in lifted my hood and was ready to start the service tech said to stop because they didn’t have my oil filter. Odd that an oil change place wouldn’t have an oil filter for a 2016 Buick Enclave but hey it happens. I ask them to call the N Maize road location and verify they had my oil filter which they did. I drove from the east side of Wichita to the west side to the Maize road location. Once there and after staring my oil drain I was informed they didn’t have my engine air filter or my cabin air filter. Again odd that this oil change business is out of stock on essential items needed for an oil change. The service tech advised me that they have been waiting on stock replenishments. I suggest you inform the supply chain manager to step up his game. I wouldn’t have even started my oil change if I had known they didn’t have air filters. I gonna chalk this visit up as a bad one but I will continue to use Take 5. I’m just going to verify that they have everything I may need prior to starting the oil change process.
View on GoogleGreat experience this time. 5 months ago, not so much. Now, I went and read some of the other reviews. This was a totally different crew than 5 months ago. Christiaan gave us the biggest smile when we pulled in! They did wash my windshield, the new store manager even came and talked with me this time. I like to give businesses a chance at redemption. This location truly redeemed themselves!!
