Scholfield Honda

Haven't bought a new car for myself in over 20 years. Had been looking all around the market and visited several dealerships over about a 3 month period. Pulled into Scholfield Honda and met Hailie Harmon. Wonderful sales lady. Hailie was polite, professional, knew all about the cars she was selling, wasn't pushy, asked all the right questions and helped me to feel at ease. Hailie didn't have what I wanted, but she found it that night, and boom, 2 weeks later I have my dream ride. I made a joke about putting my new Honda on the showroom floor as I always dreamed of that experience. The day I showed up, Hailie had my Pilot polished and sitting on that showroom floor, right next to her desk as we sign the papers. Put a big red bow on it and everything!! Really made the big day super special. Hailie went above and beyond for this customer, and I bet she will do the same for you. Truly wonderful young lady that you can trust to do business with! What a blessing.

I’m in the “information gathering” phase of car buying. I’ve been eyeing the HRV and CRV, and though I won’t be ready to buy for 60 days, I wanted to drive both so I could narrow my choices down. Yesterday I went in and met with Brandon. I explained the situation and how I wasn’t ready to buy, but I’d like to test drive. I was able to take both models out to cruise around town and get a feel for them at my leisure—there was no rush to get the vehicles back. I even drove the HRV a second time! When I returned back to the dealership the final time, Brandon told me about some promotions that will likely be available when I’m ready to buy. He gave me printouts on each of the models as well as his business card. He did not attempt to entice me to make a purchase then and there or to speed up my timeline at all. I felt respected and heard—which (unfortunately) isn’t always the case when women interact with the auto industry. Brandon treated me with respect and kindness, and I will absolutely buy an HRV from him within the next 60 days. I’ve never had such a good experience at a car dealership, and I’m looking forward to becoming part of the Scholfield “family” very soon!

Demetrius was very professional throughout the entire car-buying process. We really enjoyed working with him, and he made purchasing our CR-V a smooth and enjoyable experience. Very impressed!!! My wife and I were in the market to buy our youngest child a car. We’ve NEVER thought to go to Scholfield Honda, but WHOA…we are so glad we did! Before going in, we were able to drive thru their lot, ti see our interest, WITHOUT being harassed by any salesman. Once we went inside, their receptionist teamed us with Hector. This young man was fantastic. Why? Simply due to his honesty. He never acted like he knew EVERYTHING. If he didn’t know the answer, he went and asked or looked it up. THANK YOU! We NEVER felt pressure into anything. When we decided to move forward with the purchase, Hector introduced us to AJ, the Manger. AJ was extremely polite, reassuring, and most importantly, he never gave off the “I’m better than you” attitude. I loved it! This is the first Honda we’ve purchased and I have to say, it won’t be the last! Thank you Hector for being a professional to not just the parents, but thanks for taking the time to explain things to our 17y/o. AJ! As a lifelong Ford customer, I was disappointed when Ford didn't have a vehicle that fit what I was looking for in a new car. Chris Seib at Scholfield Honda changed that. He took the time to understand my needs and helped me find the exact model and specifications that suited me best. We met when I wandered into the dealership on a busy Saturday. Even though everyone was swamped, Chris listened, walked me through features, and suggested I test drive the Honda CR-V Hybrid. After checking out a few other dealerships, I came back to Chris to buy the CR-V. He went over every feature, old and new, during the test drive and again at purchase, which I really appreciated since I'd never owned a Honda before. He also gave me a full tour of the service department so I'd know exactly where to go for oil changes and any future issues. The day after I bought the car, I had questions about the air compressor and the locking system. Chris came out to my car on the spot, walked me through everything, and adjusted the lock settings to my preference. Every interaction with Chris was friendly, professional, and genuinely focused on what I needed. Highly recommend asking for him if you're shopping at Scholfield Honda.
