Not sure about the technicians because they are working on replacing my tire tomorrow. I just wanted to let people know about the Customer Service. Kireece was very knowledgeable, quick, and friendly. While sitting in the waiting lobby I listened as he answered the phone with the utmost respect and friendliness. Wow if everyone could have a Kireece in their office!
View on GoogleGreat fast service no complaints. Been going to Quick Lane 23 years for oil changes. Best if you make an appointment for less wait time. I live 10 blocks away so I just drop my car off. Sometimes more convenient to drop car off night before and drop key in drop box.

View on Googlesure, they change oil. but I've also had 2 great experiences with them on tire service. they swapped my wheels and tires (all of them already mounted & balanced) as part of The Works oil change, which includes rotation.
