I took my car here for an alignment after replacing a CV axle. While they claimed over the phone that everything was cleared and ready to go, that was completely false. When I started the car, the dash lights were still on due to an uncalibrated steering angle sensor. When I brought this up to the front office, instead of having a technician double-check their work, the representative immediately tried to charge me a $178 diagnostic fee. He claimed there was "nothing they could do" and that it was likely an unrelated issue. However, as soon as I drove the vehicle onto the highway, the car’s computer recognized that the alignment was correct, and the lights reset on their own. This proves that the shop failed to perform due diligence, skipped a proper test drive, and didn't bother to properly calibrate the sensor before handing over the keys. They immediately rushed to cash in on a $178 diagnostic charge for a problem caused by their own incomplete work. To make matters worse, they also tried to upsell me on rear brake pads and rotors. I inspected them myself; the rotors look perfectly fine, and the pads easily have over a year of life left on them. This shop is a major scam. They cut corners on basic mechanical procedures, fail to test drive their work, and immediately rely on aggressive, unnecessary upsells to drain your wallet. I will never bring my vehicle back here again.

We had a fantastic experience with Myers Automotive. The dealership told us it would be 3+ weeks before they would even look at my vehicle. I called Myers and they were able to get it in quickly, get it diagnosed as well as found a few things we weren’t aware that were in dire need of repair. Will helped us from start to finish and was wonderful. On top of that they communicated with our warranty company well and make sure we updated on where everything was as far as time line and repairs. The repairs would completed quickly and they helped get us into a vehicle while ours was in the shop. They gained a repeat customer with us.

View on GoogleI went in for a oil change, and they did a check on my vehicle. The inspection came back with a very expensive repair total. I went to a competitive shop and found the repairs to be alot less expensive. So I would say shop around before you make a commitment. All in all the oil change experience was good and customer service was also.
