I’ve had a transmission, struts, wheel bearings, you name it — all done by Gillette and I couldn’t be happier with the customer service and pricing. They do more than just transmissions. This is a locally owned shop and they are fair and honest. They have gone above and beyond for me more than once. Ken is always straight with me and can tell me what is an immediate concern and what can wait until my next paycheck. My car is typically ready same day. If you’re looking for a spotless, commercially owned establishment to rip you off and charge astronomical prices- this ain’t it. I’d recommend these guys to anyone and I would trust them over anyone in Wichita. I honestly can’t say enough good things. They’ve earned my loyalty as a customer for life. 10 out of 10 — HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

View on GoogleThis guy and his crew are top notch from start to finish. Took my son's first car (used)in to them off a recommendation, with a multitude of issues. They went over everything with both him and I...talking TO us, not over our heads or trying to get one over on a female and young son. Called us when they found out what the problems were, quoted a rate, and repairs were done in a timely manner. Replaced transmission...then later rack and pinion. No last minute surprises...paid what was quoted. Would recommend again and again!
View on GoogleI highly recommend to anyone who gets repairs done here to save your paper receipt and keep it handy, I had repairs done here several years ago and the part didn't even last that long, then when I get the chance to have it redone, they want to try and claim that they never touched the vehicle because of how the repair was done and weasel out of fixing the repair unless you can show them proof that they last did the repair and no they don't keep electronic records only paper records. It's amazing how badly customer service has greatly diminished over the years, instead of the customer is always right, and keeping better records that they could just easily look up instead of giving the customer a bunch of unnecessary hassle, and say they have never seen that vehicle here, as if your going to remember every vehicle you have ever serviced like you have a photographic memory, make sure you get your repair done at a place where they actually value customer service, instead of supposedly claiming that they do, many places anymore fall short of this standard.
