Willie and the mechanic that worked on my 1998 F150 are hands down the best guys and experience I've had in a long time at a mechanic shop very communtive and reassuring on getting my truck running and functioning correctly... thanks guys for stepping up and tackling my mess of a truck that I bought and getting the job done right and taking care of my concerns!! View on GoogleWalked in for an unscheduled oil change and thankfully to their free inspection they found a extremely weak engine mount needing to be replaced, a glazed serpentine belt at the end of its life, tire patch job, replacing a rear light bulb requiring removal of the light assembly, even going with the more expensive oil change I still managed to pay 600 dollars for 5 unexpected jobs that need to be taken care of asap. Staff was wonderful and helpful and did a great job of explaining any questions, they were also extremely fast and got my car back to driving like brand new same afternoon. I also appreciate the free rotation and balance along with coolant top off.

View on GoogleTerrible customer service, scheduled an appointment, showed up on time---the guy at the desk seemed to be hungover or drunk...all I wanted was tire rotate and balance...told me that one of the techs called in and offered to delay the service until Monday...I work 2nd shift, so it's not ideal for me on a work day when I get off work at 2 AM. Plus--when I called for a quote for the service a few weeks prior, the front desk guy laughed at what I told him I was quoted...the "new" quote was about $50 more than what I was told from a guy that he stated that didn't work there anymore. I called RNR tires express and they took care of my needs as soon as I showed up...I highly recommend RNR...fixed a puncture, inspected my brake pads wear---at no charge! Performed the service I needed at a very affordable price and displayed the best model for great customer service! Needless to say-- I will never go to meineke ever again...RNR tire express on south Broadway is the way to go for all tire/wheels needs and more!
View on GoogleExcellent experience here. We were in town for a wedding, and the tire light came on in my son's car. I turned to Meineke Car Care for help. The manager, Chris Clancy, and the crew were so helpful. They got me in right away. I was offered a drink while I waited, which wasn't long at all. They put the car up in the air to get the best look at the tires. It turned out one was damaged and they were very kind explaining what was wrong and even offered a place for me to go to get everything taken care of. I offered to pay and the manager said, "How about a high five!" It was a stressful day and they were helpful and kind. I can't recommend them enough.
