Had an awesome experience at Meineke. Chris, the GM, was professional and made everything smooth from start to finish. Ben, the lead tech, did an amazing job. I came in for an alignment and Ben pointed showed me the issue and the fix. Super knowledgeable and thorough. You can tell they really care about their work and their customers. Highly recommend and I’m definitely coming back!

View on GoogleWow!!!! Meineke Care Care Center ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We traveled from Texas/Omaha and then back to Texas (moving our college age granddaughter back home). On Monday, June 15, 2026; we discovered that our granddaughter’s car was experiencing some mechanical issues. Upon a closer look, I was able to diagnose that the brakes might to be looked at by professionals! We went to the Meineke Car Care Center 660 N Webb Rd - Jason went the extra mile to accommodate our emergency repairs. Our granddaughter’s car needed rear brakes and rotors; and the front wheels needed new brake pads! We are extremely grateful for your facility and the professionalism that Jason demonstrated as he took care of our needs! Thank you Jason and the Meineke Team at 660 N. Webb Rd. for getting us back on the road to Central Texas! We made it home safely! Scooter Alaniz Family
View on GoogleI asked for only an oil change. Went I got the bill I was charged for other inspections I did not want or need as they have the record of the service on my van. I was charged $95.57 for an oil change. I have been going the Meineke's at 600 N. Webb Rd with no problems. A management change has taken place and the new management must be trying to close this shop.
View on GoogleLosing long term customer over $25. Years of oil changes and I keep receipts. I booked about a week in advance. Somehow they need to special order the filter this time, charge me $37 for it instead of $10 like in October 2025. Showed that receipt after all done, nothing, just that excuse that reflects poor planning and inventory control on their part.
