They originally had diagnosed my check engine light on my truck as the fuel pump and while they did change it and I didn’t have to pay for it because the dealership I bought the truck from paid for it they also broke my fuel tank in the process. So Scott the owner of Kessler did end up buying me a “new” fuel tank but did a horrible job of installing it because after they installed it I just kept having trouble after trouble with my truck. I actually took my truck 4 or 5 times to Kessler and they could never properly diagnose it and every time I took it back it just kept getting worst like my gas gauge meter stopped working and every time I tried to fill up my gas the gas pump would keep stopping. While I did think they were nice people at first they ended being very deceiving. I don’t think kessler is a good mechanic shop at all they do lazy bad work. I ended up taking my car to a local mechanic since I live all the way in Arkansas City and he described it as a mess when he dropped the fuel tank, he told me that the fuel pump that had been installed at Kessler was missing the gasket and that it looked like a cheap one bought from Amazon and that’s why my gas gauge meter stopped working. They also told me that the gas tank that had been installed was dirty as hell and that my gas tank that was allegedly “new” needed to be replaced because kessler had put in a used one that had a piece of plastic welded on to the vent valve so my vent valve was basically welded shut and that’s why I was having trouble filling up. My charcoal canister was also filled with gas and not working and while the charcoal canister was not kessler’s doing I still think that’s something they should have caught a long time ago given I took my truck 4-5 times. Scott at Kessler still had the nerve to ask for compensation to keep working on it. Thanks to Scott and his team at Kessler I’m looking to spend 2000 fixing their mistakes. They are very unknowledgeable, dishonest and very unprofessional, I would not recommend anyone to take your vehicle here unless you want to pick it up even more broken.

Whenever I need car repair help, I always call Kessler's. My father-n-law has been going to them for years and recommended them to me. I've been going to them ever since. They are trustworthy and get repairs done in a good amount of time.
