My wife and I pulled into this Jiffy Lube at 8am on a Saturday morning after having driven from Texas. We had to drop our rv and had our big dogs in the truck. The staff was incredibly courteous and professional. The pricing was fair and they didn't make us feel like they were trying to up-sale us in every little thing. Never thought I'd say this about a quick oil change, but it was a breath of fresh air! I highly recommend taking your business here!

I never understood why jiffy lube had a bad reputation because every single one I went to always treated me well and never overcharged me until I went to this one. they attempted to pressure me into buying extra useless things for my car and when I declined the man at the front desk would sigh out of annoyance. I asked for a simple oil change and tire rotation but they didn’t even rotate my tires and thought id be too dumb to notice. It was clear that they were not honest people and just wanted to get more money out of me. Now I understand why people say to stay away from jiffy lube.

I brought my vehicle to the Jiffy Lube located at Harry & Rock in Wichita about 5 weeks ago for a routine oil change. Prior to this visit, my vehicle had been sitting in the same spot in my driveway for at least a month with absolutely no leaks or wet spots underneath it. During my visit, a technician told me I had both a radiator leak and a transmission leak. This immediately raised concerns, as I had never experienced either issue before bringing my vehicle in. Shortly after the service, I developed a substantial radiator leak. I had the radiator replaced, and the mechanic showed me a hole in the radiator approximately the size of a screwdriver. I was also concerned about the reported transmission leak. After inspecting underneath the vehicle myself and cleaning off years of dirt and buildup, I located the area of concern and brought it to a reputable transmission repair shop for evaluation. I was later informed that there was nothing wrong with my transmission, but they did find loose hardware on the transmission pan. When I later spoke with the owner regarding these concerns, there was no apology or offer to re-inspect the vehicle. Instead, the focus of the conversation appeared to be on my reaction and the possibility of me posting a review. Due to these safety concerns and the lack of professionalism in handling the situation, I have lost confidence in the service provided and will not be returning.

They have excellent service and got the job done in a timely manner. And the mechanics are polite...the only thing is that they forgot to put my center cap back on to my rim after replacing my cv axle. It was on there prior to getting that fixed.
