Mr Derek is a great person. He is honest, professional, patient, reliable and considerate. He goes above and beyond in his work. When my car broke down and I was stuck on the side of the road, he still went beyond his mechanic duties to check on me and offered me a ride home free of charge with the help of his colleague Mr Dustin. Mr Derek does not upsell and does not give BS; he is transparent and candid about the diagnosis process, the repairs, and the quotes. He offered to run simple tests on batteries and inspections of the car for me for free. He also responds quickly to requests, questions via Yelp and phone. My alternator of the car was bad and Mr Derek gave me two options: remanufactured and OEM. He clearly explained what the pros and cons of each one and respected my decision. The issue was fixed within 2 days. The value is reasonable. And Mr Derek takes really good care of his customers. I highly highly recommend him

I took my car there after a bad experience with a small business owner. I was worried because my son rides in this car, I go to school, wprroed about finances, and wanted to know it was safe. He made me feel content and gave me options. Derek was very kind to run codes on my car, clean it up, inspect the car, not to mention he explained everything that he believed to be done. Such a kind heart and will definitely come back, will bring my father's car there, and will recommend.
