They got me in and out quickly, yet still took the time to thoroughly go over everything with me and make sure all my questions and concerns about my truck were fully addressed. Samuel Miller was the standout—friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure I felt confident and informed about my vehicle. Customer service like that is hard to find these days. On top of that, the shop was absolutely immaculate, and the waiting room was extremely clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making the wait easy and stress-free. And let’s talk about pricing—their prices are extremely reasonable, especially for the level of service and transparency you receive. There was no pressure, no upselling, just honest work at a fair price. GK Tire and Auto truly sets the bar high. We've used GK tire for years. George has retired and so they have a new owner but we recently had 2 cars serviced. It was still great. They are always honest and fair. We buy our tires and have all maintenance done through them. I’d recommend them without reservation.

My daughter was paying for the repair herself, and they were incredibly honest and upfront about everything. Not only was their pricing fair, but they actually ended up charging less than the original estimate. That level of integrity is rare. We are truly grateful and highly recommend them.
View on GoogleI would not recommend this place at all. I took my truck in for an oil change. They forgot to put a part in the oil filter housing. So after driving about 80 miles, the filter collapsed and I got check engine lights, weird noises. I got stranded, had to get a motel, and my dad picked me and my truck up after renting a trailer. Got it diagnosed at another shop. GK took responsibility for the problem, but didn't cover any of the diagnostic costs or comp the oil change. They did pay for the motel and trailer. In total, they covered about $250 of $600 their problem costed me. Not to mention the ruined weekend trip with my girlfriend. Front sales guys are nice. But the owner and manager do not have the customers' interests in mind at all. Could not recommend strongly enough to avoid this place.
