Charged me 816+ and scheduled appt. for 8:30 am and never got my car in the shop til past 10 am. Then I told them I had to get it back by 2 and was told that would work, then come 2 was informed it would not be ready til past 3 and I had to pu my boyfriend at the work by 2 to take him to the hospital fot an appt. He had to walk to the hospital to get his chemo pump off. The manager at German Motors was not apologetic & also could not find out why a light came on the dash & what it meant. I found out by Google that it was a light over the license plate fuse was out!!! Your response is typical. You got your money, $862.00, and you won't even check out the light on the dash that keeps going on even now in May. Or to give good customer service as you told me to bring it in at 8am and did not even let me know at almost 10 am why my car was still not taken in to the shop. Why a foreign car business can't even find out why the particular icon was lighting up on the dash. This bad review will stay as I was not even offered a discount for being a senior or to give the benefit of the doubt, and you did not let me know it would not be done before 2pm as I needed to pu my boyfriend to take him to his Dr appt

The front desk receptionist was exceptionally courteous and polite. When queried, she readily sought guidance from the mechanics when necessary. Her communication skills were excellent, keeping me informed throughout the process and facilitating a seamless interaction with my warranty provider. The vehicle repairs were completed in a timely manner. Notably, several local BMW shops had previously provided unsatisfactory service, but this establishment successfully resolved the issues without any complications. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who demonstrated impressive knowledge and a welcoming demeanor. I highly recommend this shop.

I own three BMWs they are always going to be taken here. And if you own BMWs older than three years then you know what I mean :)
