My Daughter had her car worked on cause it was Over heating and you diagnosed it as a Thermostat and replaced. Still overheating and you ran another diagnostic and said it was a sensor without authorization and had to pay for it. and it still doesn't work. Still overheating and it's not going back to you anymore. Can't fix a car that is overheating bad Mechanics
View on GoogleZach was very nice, but it was all an act. They are thieves. He charged me $1,200 for an alternator. I have been told by everyone I've talked to that I was severely over-charged and that it should have only cost about $500. I am a single female on a single income. I was deliberately taken advantage of. I am mortified. Shame on them.
View on GoogleI used Frank's today for the first time in over 10 years and 10/10 recommend. I had kind of forgotten about them after they moved from central and 235. I will forever be grateful for Frank's honestly. He could have taken me out to he ballgame as far as pricing but was not trying to have my repair something that wasn't broken. I will never go anywhere else again. I was told my front end was great and had an alignment done. Now 2k miles later I have a front end failure. I wish I had listened to myself and gotten a second opinion.

They communicated with me everyday at 3:00 to let me know the progress that has happened that day with my car until my car was fixed and ready for me to pick it up. they were so friendly and honest about everything. I will definitely be going back to them.
