This past weekend I had a great experience at the local Firestone from start to finish. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient, and they took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure. The service was quick, fairly priced, and done right the first time. A special shout-out to the manager, Gary, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly. His professionalism and attention to detail really stood out and made the whole experience stress-free. He was great at communicating the time line for my repairs and keeping in contact with me and his employees. It’s clear he cares about both his customers and the quality of work being done.

I had an excellent experience at the Firestone on Maize Road! They recently serviced my Honda and helped me get back on track with maintenance I was long overdue for. I had four new tires installed, a headlight replaced, and they continue to keep up with my routine oil changes. Manager Gary Hotko is truly exceptional. He always looks out for what I actually need and is incredibly humble and honest about what should be done and when. I’ve never once felt like anything unnecessary was pushed on me or that I was being upsold — which is rare and very appreciated. It is also rare to find a manager whose team and customers follows him to a new location, that says a lot. Andrew, the technician, also does fantastic work. My car is always returned to me in better condition than when I brought it in, and you can tell the team takes pride in what they do. Trustworthy service like this is exactly what keeps customers coming back. I’ll absolutely continue bringing my car here and referring many friends and family in town. Highly recommend!

This Firestone location is a danger to the public. I don’t say that lightly. After my girlfriend brought her car in for a routine brake fluid change, her brakes completely failed while she was driving on the highway. Not “felt soft.” Not “needed adjustment.” Stopped working. The result? Her car was totaled. This could have easily cost her life or someone else’s. A basic service turned into a catastrophic failure because of pure incompetence. And before anyone thinks this was a one-off mistake, it wasn’t. They previously worked on my car and performed a coolant flush, only to forget to secure a clip, which caused all the coolant to drain out of the reservoir. That’s not a small oversight. That’s negligence. Two vehicles. Two critical systems. Two massive screw-ups. What makes this even worse? Firestone takes ZERO accountability. No ownership. No responsibility. Just denial, deflection, and excuses. They’re perfectly fine taking your money, but the moment their work destroys your vehicle or puts lives at risk, they suddenly don’t know what happened. This place embodies everything wrong with corporate auto shops: rushed work, careless techs, and management that hides behind policy instead of doing the right thing. If you value your car, your safety, or your life, do not bring your vehicle here. Go literally anywhere else. Shoot maybe even Jiffy Lube. I wouldn’t trust this Firestone to inflate a tire, let alone touch brakes, coolant, or anything that keeps a car safe. Horrible service. Zero integrity. Absolute nightmare.

Staff is always friendly, helpful and trustworthy. They've never had an issue with being able to squeeze us in for an oil change same day, and it typically takes less than an hour total. Highly recommended location!

I want to give a shout out to Kyle. When I talked to him about questions on my vehicle and the service done, he was more than willing to explain the process and help me understand what work was done and why. Very professional, kind, good sense of humor when needed, and overall just made me feel like my vehicle was in good hands. He was very attentive to detail and again, just amazing. Definitely will be recommending service with him here!!
