My car was broken into because the tow company firestone sent took two hour to drop off my car that was fifteen minutes away from the service shop. By time of arrival most of the crew had left and only one crew worker was left, but they could not move my vehicle into the garage because it required two people as my vehicle would not start. My vehicle was left sitting outside overnight and the back driver side window was broken into and my valuables inside were stolen and glass was left all over the inside of my vehicle and under the tires, as the thief had threw the broken window under my car. Firestone called me the next day and told me what had happen, but I was at work so I could not reach the shop until later.Upon arrival I filed a police report for the stolen items and the vandalism to my vehicle. Finally the service could not start on my vehicle until 4-6-26, I received another call to replace my window that was vandalize, informed that I would also have to pay for that service. Then I discovered the back window did not come down properly, and I had to return to another appointment again to get it checked and fixed.

View on GoogleI cannot say enough good things about Firestone Complete Auto Care. I took my Jeep in because it was driving terribly and I honestly did not know what was wrong with it. Even though they could not complete the repair themselves because they do not handle transmission work, they went above and beyond to help me anyway. Joe and the team treated me with honesty, respect, and genuine care. They found a trusted transmission guy for me, helped get my Jeep over there, and did not charge me for it. That kind of customer service is rare these days. Most places would have just sent me away, but these guys actually cared about helping solve the problem. Because of that, they earned my trust and I will absolutely be going to them for all of my future auto repair needs. Huge thank you to Joe and the crew at Firestone on South Main.
