The guys down at Harry Firestone are amazing, great costumer service. Fast and efficient had my Car back up and running in just a couple days. Thanks to Austin and Colby for keeping me updated on the day to day. Would definitely recommend this location over any other in the city of Wichita!

View on GoogleI drive an extra 20 minutes across town to go to this Firestone. The techs and managers are the BEST! They are friendly, take their time, listen, and keep me updated on my car. They always look for the best price on tires. At the other Firestone I used to go to on N Greenwich, they seemed to “busy” to provide the A++++ kind of service I get here.

Very understanding and respectful guys. They even took me to the shop to show me the underneath of my car so I could understand better.

Colby took care of all the information needed for the warranty company so I didnt have to do anything. I will be returning with my other 3 cars for service very soon!
