The last time I took my Volvo in for service, my air conditioner was working just fine, in fact I took it in for an unrelated concern, when I got my car back the air conditioner did not work. They tried telling me I needed to replace the entire system which would cost around $4,000. I took it elsewhere for a 2nd opinion and it just needed fluid. They drained my refrigerant to try to fraudulently convince me I needed to replace the entire system. This was during the heat of Summer when car temperatures can get upwards of 120 degrees, I have two young children, one is a baby. The put myself and my kids at risk to con us out of s few bucks, which to them would just be change. Fast forward to the following Summer when I calked expressing my concerns with taking my car into them for a diagnostic, the person I spoke with kept talking over me, when I explained further and said I didn’t think he was really listening, he argues and said “no, I don’t think your understanding what I’m saying.” What kind of person argues with their customers, especially after all these guys have put myself and my family through. It is NOT safe to take your car here. At the end of the day, they refuse service to anyone who gives them an HONEST review!!!
