I really wanted to like them because they are really nice people but honestly the quality of service is just not there. I asked for an oil change and a diagnostic to determine what is causing a noise. Now the noise is intermittent, and they didn't charge me for the diagnostic because they couldn't replicate the noise but I am disheartened because since I got my vehicle back it hasn't stopped making the noise. Additionally the air intake duct was not reinstalled correctly, so that was rattling around under the hood and as a result caused a loud noise and other issues. I did reach out to them and left a review through their website and I never heard back. That's too bad. I had high hopes for them.

Called to get quote on repairs, had a text in less than 10 minutes. Went in and talked about adding more repairs, got a new quote and scheduled repairs. Very friendly and helpful. The quote was better than any others I had got. Dropped car off and they texted me pictures and called about what they found, gave them the okay and they had all the repairs done that day. After driving it for a few days I called them said it was pulling to the left. He had us bring it back the next day. My wife took the car in and waited, in a very nice clean waiting room, they test drove it and checked everything. The problem was our tires, not the repairs they had done to the suspension and alignment. They got them taken care of and everything was fine in less than an hour. Very friendly and helpful about getting everything resolved. We have used them before and will use them again!

The guys are super friendly and kept me well informed while making repairs to my trucks hvac and if any prices changes or parts needed. This is the second time I've used them and I love the way they do business and they do great work. I would advise everyone to have Christian brothers do all their car repair needs.

This was my second time visiting this location. The first time was just for an oil change. I really enjoyed the service given from the gentleman who checked my car in to the gentleman who drove the shuttle, I was treated with respect and had everything that was done or needed doing fully explained. I did not feel like they were trying to upsell me. And in fact felt that they took really good care of me price wise. They were readily accessible for any questions I had via phone and got my service done in a timely manner. They provided a detailed inspection report with videos that addressed both the concerns that I had brought the car in for, as well as the areas of concern the inspection found. I will definitely utilize Christian Brothers West again.
