Chrysler town and country 2016 I called Bobs and spoke to a lovely lady, I can’t remember her name but she told me she is bobs wife’s aunt. The wife has passed but the aunt is still living on his property and works for Bob in the office. She originally told me they were full and couldn’t take any more cars but after I told her I had to leave town for an emergency, she told me to call back later that week and there might be a spot for me. I called back and she said there was and if I can get the vehicle there the following day. When I took it in the lovely lady and I spoke while we waited for a FREE diagnostics test!!! We spoke about getting her nieces pond and garden going again now after she passed because it was her favorite. I was quoted at a couple different shops. One was a transmission valve change $1500 and another a transmission rebuilt about $4000. Bob walked in with a solenoid issue for $800!!! The vehicle was done within days. I was able to pay over the phone and have my daughter pick it up!!!

I was certain my transmission was going out . I called around and bob was the best price in town by a VERY long shot ! They got it in quickly and with in 30 mins of him having my Tahoe he calls me to inform me that it was not in fact my transmission. It was an easy fix . He couldn’t taken all my money and I would’ve never known , but he didn’t , he was an honest businessman. The receptionist is so very sweet as well ! I have nothing but wonderful things to say ! Thank you Bob!

View on GoogleI've taken several cars there and found him extremely knowledgeable, and very fair on pricing. What I like is they use hand tools only on the easy to strip out bolts, and have a good knowledge of better, and stronger aftermarket internal parts over OEM for those who use their vehicles for work. Some of these newer transmissions are extremely intensive to rebuild and even to remove, and basically have to be scrapped due to the case design when worn out, hence the high cost. If your transmission has a really high cost on quote, look at what a crate one one costs, and you might have one of those vehicles, which sadly might exceed what your vehicle is worth. This was the car maker's intention not the shops.
