Bill's American Muffler Shops

I called them on Friday to discuss a project I wanted to get done on my truck. Steven was able to schedule me the following Monday and talked me through the process to make me feel comfortable with moving forth with them. I dropped off my truck during my lunch and brought my parts with me. AJ and Steven chatted with me while they worked on the vehicle and they got it done in a timely manner. Very happy with the end results (single exhaust to dual exhaust) plus the cost was very reasonable! I appreciate how clean the lobby and shop was and all the staff showed great customer service! Been using Bills for over 10 years and will continue to use them for all my muffler/exhaust needs.

Stay away from bill's American muffler. I as a college student driving back-and-forth to college in which they were aware of left me in danger with a bad catalytic converter, in which their machine misdiagnosed and ended up selling me a part that a bad catalytic converter would burn up in two months wasting my money as a college student. Had several estimates before taking it to them which checked out a bad catalytic converter but were too expensive, so we wanted to check bills because they supposedly specialize in the area just to make sure. But then they got me off that track, because they supposedly specialists in that area saying that they didn’t know why I was being told I had a bad catalytic converter because it is good when it was clearly clogged upon it being removed shortly after leaving bills finally by a shop that obviously cared about my safety and when bills was presented with that information and the proof the owner Steven, showed no care or concern for me the customer or my safety. As clogged up as that catalytic converter was, my guess, is bill's American muffler did not even really check it. Because several estimates before him and after them said it needed it. They probably just wanted to sell us the part that the cat would burn up in 2 months so we would have to come back to them to buy another one. So PLEASE DO NOT COME TO BILLS AMERICAN MUFFLER. They were very rude and not understanding. and PLEASE DO NOT MOVE PAST MY REVIEW! as I am trying to help other college students with car problems or other people in general! and Supposedly a “Christian Shop” Not very Christian like behavior or customer service as I am a Christian as well. SO PLEASE FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Called them up this morning and Steven got my vehicle in that same afternoon.Turns out an exhaust issue wasn't the problem at all but he didn't end up charging us for checking out our system. We will definitely be coming back for any future exhaust issues. Thanks guys!

Best muffler/exhaust shop ever, they had me in an hour after doing a walk-in to do custom exhaust work on my truck, days later I wasn't a fan of how it sounded (personal preference) and I called them up, they had me back in the shop the next morning and got my truck sounding just the way I liked it! The entire crew from the owner, Steven, to all the tech's, phenomenal and best customer service. They took me back into the shop while they were working to get my opinion on sounds, piping I wanted, positioning, just an overall perfect experience, was not expecting it, I wasn't just told to sit and wait and get sent out the door, they fully incorporated me into the experience and I couldn't be happier. My truck sounds like an absolute monster now, I can officially disrupt everyone's day now!

So friendly. Very knowledgeable and helpful with the cars needs. Had catalytic converter issues. They fixed it promptly and went above and beyond my needs. I appreciate everything that was done to help me out. I reccomend whole heartedly. Thank you Bills American Muffler
