A great shop that truly cares about their customers and treats them with dignity and honesty. When they found additional faults with my X5, Maurice took the time along with his mechanic to show them to me. The care and patience he took in explaining everything made me feel like a valued customer. Most shops take advantage of their customer and nickel and dime everyone but I never felt that was the case with Bavarian automotive. Only issue I had was making an online appointment. I never received a confirmation email or even a call. I had to reach out to them to confirmed, wich I feel should not happen. With that said, I think they are just busy and may have made a mistake. I will be going back for all future maintenance. I highly recommend anyone with a BMW to give them a go. We were on a long-distance road trip with our cats when we noticed smoke and a burning smell—turns out, the previous auto shop had left the oil cap loose, and oil had spilled everywhere. We were so scared and stressed, but Bavarian Auto Shop came to our rescue even though they were busy and about to close. The father and son team went above and beyond to help us. They cleaned up as much oil as they could, made sure everything was safe for us to continue our trip, and were incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and reassuring throughout the whole experience. The man at the front desk was so understanding and caring too! To our surprise, they said they weren’t going to charge us and were so understanding about our situation—we actually had to beg them to please let us pay! It was one of the most honest and heartfelt gestures I’ve ever experienced from a business. It was our first time in Kansas, and thanks to them, we left with such a positive impression. Truly the best and most honest auto shop I’ve ever been to in my life. Highly, highly recommend!!! Ps. They also gave us an engine oil for free and taught my husband how to refill an engine oil! The father technician is so sweet and the son technician is so professional!

We have had Bavarian Auto service our BMWs since 2004 because they have always been honest and trustworthy. And, if that wasn’t enough to earn our trust, they are THE nicest people to know.

We took my friends 328i here for an oil change and to get some fault codes diagnosed and had a very good experience. From the front desk to the highly knowledgeable and certified master technicians, they were very polite and helpful. They had her car done the same afternoon but we were unable to make it there before closing time , so they put it back in the garage and safely stored it overnight. The diagnostics revealed numerous things that needed repaired or replaced , and instead of being pushy and attempting to force all the confusing repairs on her, they highlighted and explained each thing into a way we could understand and put them in an order of importance to be considered for repair in the future if she chooses to. They charged her a more than fair price and displayed an honesty that is very hard to find in an Auto Service Shop these days. All in all a great experience and they definitely earned our future business and we would highly recommend Bavarian Automotive to anyone with a BMW , which is there expertise.

Honest mechanic , he stands behind his work . I had my mechatronic unit repaired ( valve body ) . Where many others would of tried to sell me a whole new transmission. Other miscellaneous jobs have been good work as well .
