Tried to get my car aligned while in the city. The receptionist was super nice even gave me a ride home, but when the called me with the free diagnostic they claimed I needed $1500 of replacement before the alignment. I declined and took it to my regular mechanic back home who said it was totally fine and just needed the alignment.
View on GoogleI took my 2012 Buick enclave in due to my air conditioning quit working. I talked with John and he went over everything that would be checked. From needing new freon to a complete replacement. It was found that my system did need replacing. John and his crew made all the necessary repairs promptly and correct. The repairs were completed in a very timely manner at a great price. It was great to find an automotive repair shop that showed customers respect and had " INTEGRITY ". At the location on S Meridian, John showed he was honest and trustworthy. I have a 2007 Mustang with the same air conditioning problems. I will bring it here for service. I highly recommend this shop for anyone needing a car repair. Great work, Great prices !

View on GoogleRight now theyve had my car since before new years its jan 16th. I need a new engine which i waited for, for nearly 2 weeks theyve told me over and over they were almost done only to not have it finished every time. On Tuesday this week they called to say they finally had the engine and had a few loose ends to finish up but should be done by Wednsday end of day. I called yesterday and was told they were waiting on some tool to finish installation...it should of been done today but i called and was told they were having trouble getting the parking break to release...right now I feel lied to repeatedly and that my car isnt ever getting returned. Im probably never going back to this location. I would suggest the Harry & Woodlawn location i had work done there and it was timely & efficient. Update.. Went up today and found out the mechanics there were "hesitant" to fix my car because "you can die" and they moved it to another location. They didnt even bother to call me.
