Don't take your truck here. There are dozens of vehicles and parts everywhere. I dropped off my truck 1 month ago. Every week I asked for an update and never got a quote, diagnosis, or timeline for the repair. Communion was horrible. Finally I picked up my truck and took it to someone else. There were half empty liquor bottles outside on the back porch, Dustin was sitting in his garage mid day thursday with no vehicles being worked on. The entire conversation he was texting on his phone and making excuses which didn't make since. To his credit I was not charged anything. I don't know if this truck ever would have gotten worked on. What a horrible experience. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I’ve been trying to get a rough estimate on some work. The owner will not answer his phone then sends a text to text the question. He never responds to the text I sent then I send another asking him to call. Nothing but crickets he must have enough business that he can pick and choose who he wants to talk to.

Don’t take your truck here!! Terrible customer service. My husband dropped his truck off on Monday and was told they would get his truck in either that day or Tuesday when they finished up the two trucks they were working on. Wednesday rolled around and my husband sent him a text to get an update. No response. He then tried calling him to which he immediately sent him a text telling my husband to please just text him. My husband again politely asked for an update on his truck again. Still no response. Thursday (this morning) my husband text him again explaining that he is the bread maker of our house and he can’t work if his truck is down and if he hadn’t got in to take a look at it yet to please just let him know and that any kind of response was needed. He told my husband to just come get his truck and that he wasn’t interested in working on it anymore.

LACKS CHARACTER AND HONESTY. Sad story I really did not want to leave this review. My husband really likes this guy but two years ago there about he told my husband if he bought this truck he had out there for $7,500 he would fix it and have it ready to go by the time that we needed it. We have a delivery business and we were needing a new big box truck. He never got the box truck fixed We had to end up buying another one without our $7,500. And after a year he told my husband he was just going to give us our money back which is what we told him we wanted. It's been almost another year. And after I don't know how many text messages and calls and my husband has stopped by his shop so many times We still do not have one penny of the money. This is a very true story I am not exaggerating the facts at all. The man has said he's had our money but when he was supposed to give it to us he had to go to the bank and pick up a check that he does not have business checks there and he always has to go to the bank and pick up a check He just said less than 2 weeks ago he got paid on a huge job and he had our money and still today we do not have the check and when my husband calls him and stops by there it's the same excuse over and over and over and over every week that he does not have a check and he has to go to the bank to get it. My husband has even told him he could pay it in smaller amounts. But still he has not given us one penny of this money. I have tried to stay out of this but this is my money too and if I was going to give $7,500 to somebody it would be to my children or grandchildren or somebody that needed money to live not to some stranger. So I have no choice but to leave this review and to warn people that he is not all that he seems to be his character is lacking big time to do this to somebody. He should be at our doorstep with our money we should never have to text or call or stop by another time. The next step unfortunately is going to have to be to take him to court We have all the text messages over the last 2 years documented so I guess unfortunately that is what is going to have to happen to get our money out of him. But we will do that before we take a loss on 7500 that is ours. I'm actually at a loss in trying to understand this and why someone especially a business owner would do this to someone else. It's beyond my comprehension and it is so wrong on every level. I will keep this review posted until we get our money one way or another.
