I was traveling from Texas to Kansas City, moving all my belongings out of storage, when my trailer tire blew out and the lug nuts sheared clean off. To make matters worse, it was Mother’s Day (Sunday), and no one was answering their phones. Not really knowing the area, I found J10 Auto online and saw the 5-star review. However, I must admit I was still skeptical, but I really didn’t have many options. Thankfully, Jackie answered the phone on Mother’s Day and had me back up and running the very next day. The back story is I had just started a new job in Kansas City and couldn’t afford to miss work that Monday. Jackie let me leave my trailer, loaded with all my belongings, safely in his backyard overnight so I could make it to work. When I came back to pick it up, everything was exactly as I left it. Great service, trustworthy people, and someone who genuinely helped me out in a stressful situation. Thanks again, Jackie — you’re the man! I know now that anytime I’m in Wichita KS area, I know who to come see.
